It adds +1/+1 and gives both double strike and trample, and the real kicker is that you can attach it to a creature for free when it enters
In Commander, 20 damage on its own isnt enough to kill off a player in one hit, but the ability to shoot someone with this ability and then swing in with Inferno is something thats going to cause everyone else a lot of grief
It's not a bad deck by any means, but the weakness of enchantment strategies has always been its vulnerability to cards like Bane of Progress , Fracturing Gust, or even something as simple as Tranquility
