If a given format doesnt include Narset, Parter of Veils, Notion Thief, or any other way to punish card draw, its quite safe to assume that Mulldrifters additional value is guaranteed in that context
However, the time lord can circumvent that and, of course, negate the legend rule as well, meaning you'll keep all the tokens you make
As such, it should find its way into Voltron-style Commander decks and could even have some Standard potential if the right synergy comes along
So, with all this in mind, why is Reckless Charge not such a cube mainstay any more these days
