With mana rocks, Goblin Welder and Goblin Engineer can be mana-positive while dumping good Daretti targets back into your graveyard
But if it brings back a massive threat like Griselbrand on turn two or three, that tradeoff can be game-changing (and yes, Griselbrand also lets you pay life for cards)
Any card that targets a creature and has a cantrip effect also becomes a mass card draw spell: cast a one mana Crimson Wisps or Expedite targeting Zada, and you'll draw a card for each creature you control
So this confusion would only last for 2 months, but during that time, anyone could've easily found themselves on an arduous journey of inevitable futility that was trying to find a Vial of Dragonfire and falling into a spiral out of being unable to claim the non-existent piece of cardboard
