Indiscriminately handing out evasion abilities to commanders is super useful

Commanders have to go to the graveyard in order to die, so they will probably never get exiled with a blood counter, but Rayami does seem like a great fit for a heavy control deck with lots of ways to kill creatures

If The Akroan War leaves the battlefield before its first ability resolves, you won't gain control of the creature at all

PSA, CGC, and BGS all work well for this card

This card absolutely terrorized my Commander games when I was 13, and I fully expect to have to play against it again soon enough
