Manifesting your opponents' cards is a great way to steal creatures, and this ability is especially useful in the Kadena deck, since it will draw a card with Kadena each turn

For example, Squall's first ability won't trigger if you attack with multiple creatures and all but one of them are removed from combat

So, I think this one is more of, like, a richer blue, which is something which you've sort of said we should be looking for

Lands you control won't lose any other abilities they had

I like the way the smaller sets help fill in the gaps between the larger main sets by giving us more manageable collections to complete, and even though Id love a full-sized shiny set some day, I was looking forward to a bite-sized shiny hunt too
