Theres no overarching strategy or theme that would use this best, but its still a super sweet card that many different casual Commander decks could put to use, and I hope to try it sometime after release
The price tag is surprising, given that the main card is a strictly worse, color-restricted Panharmonicon, which itself is only just over $5
Those who make it to events where I am get free signings, and maybe they'll pick up some whitebacks or prints or whatever
Still, there is one proven (and awesome) use for this: since no special properties of the mana are doubled, it gives you a way to combo off with Jeweled Lotus in non-Commander formats
When you get to the late game, giving your opponents some free lands or Treasure tokens is probably worth it to draw a card
