Wind Drake hasnt been a particularly good card in the better part of a decade, and Flash isnt a huge upgrade on a creature only able to eat 1/1 fish
But even then, Blood Moon often forces awkward sequencing and slows the game to a crawl
I would absolutely put this in my Vintage Cube if it were a tournament-legal card, and Im sure Ill still think about it often as things are
