If you really want to draw a land then you shouldnt activate your Augur in your upkeep, instead taking a draw for the turn first and then, if you still want to, activating your Augur in your main phase
You cant put Sisu into your inkwell, but in exchange you get an utter powerhouse of a card, with hefty 2/4 stats, and the ability to quest for two lore
While Land Tax isn't what traditionally what you'd think of as a ramp spell, it at least ensures that you will be able to have land drops and thin out your deck for the foreseeable future
