The real question is, What effect does a density of Auras at common that dont come with the normal risk of card disadvantage have on a format? All I can do at this stage is speculate, but it mostly boils down to speed
Mill as a win condition in Commander is a big ask since decks have 99 cards, but Hope combined with all the lifegain support makes it much easier to realistically accomplish the mill goal
Decks are individually cut with a special die to ensure the perfect cut every time
This ability triggers when a creature is declared as blocker
I do still really want all the unofficial Pikachu cards as well though, like the fourteen Japanese Sample Pikachu cards Im missing, or the Ishihara & Pikachu GX card that was given to the CEO of TPC for his 61st birthday, or a grey stamp Red Cheeks Base Set Pikachu
