Bombadilom 2017 Empordà a fine textureOld vines of forty years of Grenache and seventy years of Carignan, vinification in millefeuille alternating in vats the destemmed Grenaches and the Carignans in whole clusters. Aged for 10 months in vats. Coming from a semi carbonic maceration which favors the fruit and a gentle extraction, a full red with a nicely rustic material marked by the Saint Chinian Carignan.
