La Bufarrella 2016 Riesling this "Green light" reveals aLe xarel. lo d'une vigne sur terroir argilo calcaire exposition Nord, macr en grappes entires aprs un passage en chambre froide, puis vinifi et lev en cuve Inox. Aucun intrant, 0 soufre, non filtr. Jus dense, la fois riche et frais, avec des notes de fruits chair blanche et d'herbes aromatiques (fenouil) : un blanc plein de vigueur et d'intensit.
