Organic and biodynamic farming, certified by Ecocert and Biodyvin, allows the vines to fully express themselves. After a manual harvest, the 100% Marsanne grapes are vinified with care: total destemming, gentle pressing, and aging in stainless steel tanks preserve the purity and freshness of the aromas.
