Each fruit is carefully selected and then macerated for several weeks in Longueteau 50% ABV agricultural rum. It is a 100% natural punch with no added flavorings. It won the Gold Medal at the 2010 Concours Gnral Agricole de Paris (Paris Agricultural Show).
