ULM 2015 2009 Un rouge “clairet” assez richeAround 85% Pinot Noir blended with Chardonnay from old vines grown on grey marl soils of the lieu dit 'Les Nouvelles' in Arbois, fermented together in whole bunches. ULM stands for Ultra Long Maceration: 8 months to be precise, with a blend of red and white grapes, yielding a light red wine with a hint of reduction. After aeration, the nose shows more of it pinot aromas, and the mouthfeel is both fresh and taut.
