Beaujolais-Villages 2024 Capacity:75 cl The Cuvée Georges from DomaineAlex Foillard, a promising young winemaker from Beaujolais, produces wines from vines aged 30 to 60 years old located in Brouilly and Cte de Brouilly. He embarked on an organic conversion process as soon as he took over the family estate, guaranteeing an environmentally responsible approach. The wines undergo carbonic maceration followed by nine months of aging in concrete tanks, without filtration, to preserve their full complexity and authenticity.
