Mid-Century Portuguese Lidded Condiment Jar (c.1950s–60s) Star Trek Condition: Excellent previously enjoyed -A beautifully sculptural mid century lidded condiment jar, made in Portugal and dating to the 1950s1960s. The organic, artichoke inspired form is finished in rich green and violet glazes, with a domed lid and textured surface typical of mid century majolica style ceramics. Originally intended for mustard, jam, or preserves, the lid features a small notch for a serving spoon (spoon not included, as commonly found). The jar is in excellent vintage
