Vintage 70s slinky semi sheer stunner is so pretty and lightweight with fluttery slit sleeves open all the way to the stretchy waist, revealing a matching "tank" inside. Scooped back has a slit detail over the long zipper closure. The skirt is unlined and very flared with a fantastic amount of twirl.
