新しく4月の誕生石となったモルガナイト。産出量が少ない希少な石です。淡く儚いピンクは微量のマンガンを含む発色です。石言葉に「愛情」とある為海外ではエンゲージリングとしてよく知られています。

ストロベリークォーツは、水晶の中に細かなピンク、赤色のインクルージョンが内包された石で、イチゴのような見た目からその名が付き、和名では苺水晶と呼ばれます。1960年にメキシコで発見されましたが、現在では産出量の少ない希少性の高い石となっています。可愛らしい色と、細かなインクルージョンが生み出す柄は覗き込んでいるうちに時間を忘れてしまうような魅力があります。
