Comes with AC adapter, two batteries, remote control, two blank tapes and an Ambico case. The batteries are out of charge and there is no charger. The camera powers on when plugged in using the AC adapter and it seems to be working but it has not been fully tested so it is sold as is for prop or parts. The case measures approximately 12 1 2 x 6 1 2 x 6 1 2 inches.
