The waves add movement and softness while still allowing the gown to shine

Unlike other dressings I tried, the opening flavor of Ken's Steak House chunky blue cheese leaned a tad close to mayonnaise, but a bigger blue cheese tartness hit toward the end of the bite and hung out on my palate for a while
