Champagne Salon,Le Mesnil, Blanc de Blancs, 1976 Novelties fabulously intense and pure wineMid gold and greeny. Straw and tinder, gunflint and sweet grass bonfire character. Very fresh acidity, really lovely. A softened texture but still racy and bright. Old gold, burnished, with laurel and old grass. Complex, totally harmonious and resolved. Very well done.
