The chairs are very comfortable and well padded but on the seats and backrests. The sculptured backs are angled to provide the back with maximum support. The rosewood is slightly sun faded in places but I can have this restored if required. I thought I'd leave them as they are based on taste and requirements. Some age related wear and tear but nothing
