On the nose, classic peat smoke with salted almonds, seaside chips and oily old machinery, some fruity notes come later like apple and lemon. Sweet, salty, smoky and medicinal one the palate, still classic, developing into lemon, soy sauce and seafoods! Finish with tar, pleasant sweetness and soy sauce.
