John Emery Tarpon Fly Reel 5'6" The pocket cap is stampedA nice John Emery Tarpon fly reel, 4 1 4" diameter and set up for RHW. Direct drive. It weighs 17. 2 ounces. Silent incoming and outgoing. The reel has a scuff on the outside of crossbar opposite the foot, but otherwise I can see no sign that the reel has been fished (there are no mounting marks or any other signs, so I suspect the scuff is from handling). Black anodized throughout with porting on the spool. Palmable spool rim. Engraved "John Emery
