This mushroom-shaped light consists of an outer see-through violet or light purple perspex shade with an inner white perspex globe inside which diffuses the light evenly throughout

The thick textured glass circular base plate is mounted onto the white frame with three chrome screws which secure it in place. The light bulbs can be accessed by removing this plate.
