Chardonnay Since 83 celebrates Cantina Colterenzios pioneering decision to produce its first Chardonnay in 1983 at a time when the grape was still relatively new to Alto Adige. The fruit comes from elevated vineyards between 380 and 470 metres above sea level, where cool Alpine air, intense sunshine and sandy, gravelly soils create Chardonnay with both ripeness and freshness. Unlike a simple
