Often these are connected to live bait tanks. Designed to be mounted above the waterline in cockpits and areas where self draining is required. A simple rubber flap self hinges when the water in the cockpit (or locker) is wanting a path outwards. The trim ring secures the flap and allows it to hinge. Comes with 4 screws
