If I'm able to successfully capture that and get that type of feeling across to another individual when they see my work that's when I feel the most fulfilled as an artist

I wanted to capture the feeling and beauty of that in this painting

The lack of life gives everything an almost eerie-like feel

The mule deer at this point in the summer are at their peak level of comfort. They graze late into the early hours of the morning around the large meadows and lakes.
