The rod was built for Hazel Johnson by Paul Young in 1950 and is not serial numbered

The restoration was performed wonderfully by Bob Summers

The reel features a very wide ranging adjustable spring and pawl drag system, reversible for either left or right hand retrieve by simply engaging the correct pawl and flipping over the nickel silver line guard. Line capacity DT7 + 100yds 20# Dacron backing. 3 1 2" diameter. Weighs 4. 4 oz. Comes with original box and reel
