I've been skeptical of the Good Wood Era mythos the last 5 early 90s Gibsons have made me a believer. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions properly. The frets have been leveled crowned polished. The action is low and comfortable. No buzzing; no fretting out on bends. The electronics were replaced 4 5 years ago by the CTS 550K Potentiometer date codes of the 48th week
