Twilight 2000 - Urban Operations War Hub gathering strength and regenerating evenUrban Operations is a modular expansion to Twilight: 2000 which is loosely based on the Free City Of Krakow expansion from the first edition of the game. However, this has now been designed to be used with any urban environment (as the title would suggest). It also comes with an example town, Karlsborg in Sweden.
