French Wigmaker Trade Sign 1970s mcdonalds 29"W x 29"H x 8"DPainted double sided advertising sign for a wigmaker (perruquier), likely named Perroux Chapellier as both are known French names. This particular tradesman likely also performed barber's duties as most wigmakers did during the turn of the century, hence the grooming equipment also shown on the sign. This piece features heavily crazed paint on an aluminum or steel sign with two small hanging mounts on the top. The reverse side of the sign also
