Manufactured by Doria Leuchten. To access the two screw in E27 bulbs a small screw holds the base to a metal plate inside the lamp which holds the bulb holders. A single screw in E27 bulb sits within the conical shade. The light switches on from a foot operated switch. The unusual original shade features a motif of coloured leaves of blues and turquoise
