Wear any polish over this just make sure the base is completely dry first! Ideal for chunky glitters, microglitters, flakies, sheer polishes and toppers. Can also be used with chrome powders. Designed to stay on your nails until you need to peel it off. Made in Australia. 12 ml bottle. NOTE: due to the rigid nature of dip powders, this product is not recommended for use underneath
