The finish seems to by a wipe on poly of some sort shows very well. A bookmatched flamed maple veneer top adds a nice subtle touch of extra class. The body is, I believe, Poplar or some variation of Poplar. It's ridiculously light weight at just 2 lbs 12 oz AS PICTURED!
