バローロ - BORGOGNO (ボルゴーニョ) 750ml x １本 TENUTE LUNELLI and other indigenous varieties grownThis Barolo is made from grapes sourced from five of the best single vineyards (Cannubi, Liste, Cannubi San Lorenzo, Fossati, San Pietro delle Viole). Fermentation takes approximately 12 days, starting at 22 25C and finishing at 29 30C, followed by 20 days of maceration. It is aged for 4 years in Slavonian oak barrels and then for 6 months in the bottle. This Barolo offers a complex character blended from the unique features of each single vineyard,
