If standing in the vineyards on a clear day, you can see the city of Angers. The earth here is a mix of Marne (largile calcaire mix) and Ostraces (fossilized shells). The grapes are 100% destemmed and are gently macerated and fermented with native yeast in cement. The wine is aged in stainless steel for 18 months, followed by
