This rod has an uplocking screw lock reel seat with Payne's standard Spanish cedar spacer. Wraps are brown with purple tips. Agate stripping guide. The rod was restored by Steve Blake and remains in mint restored condition. One tip is 0. 12" shorter than the other. Rod weighs 6 3 8 oz and the ferrule sizes are 11 64 & 17 64.
