These reels are direct-drive and made of titanium or anodized aluminum (this reel is titanium)

Made in 1952 by George Reid and Cal Skinner. 17 64 ferrules. All sections are full length and no repairs are evident. The rod weighs 6 5 8 oz. The rod is best in my opinion with a DT8 line and is in near mint original condition.
