The liner is not included. There is a slight overall furball like appearance. The feel is slightly scratchy. The size is SMALL LONG, but they are hemmed down and have elastic. Shorter inseam than normal LONG size. In good condition with some fading, but no noticeable stains or scratches. Still in good condition to enjoy. This is a used item
