I have one of the large versions hanging in my bedroom and it's the last thing I see at night and the first I see the next morning

Due to the nature of this artwork

a warm metallic glow from silver leaf and multiple layers of antiquing stain

The metal is then antiqued and varnish is applied to the entire surface

It was one of the first two that I painted intending on having it professionally photographed for reproductions. The other one is the Colorado Spring Map. You can see the similarities in both scenes.
