The flies were tied by Howells himself they are in exceptional condition and expertly tied as Howells was a very accomplished tyer. The collection consists of two small Wheatley boxes. The first Wheatley features six small windowed compartments with an assortment of small dry flies and medium to small wet flies. It appears to be an all around fly box including
