Chad valley introduced Kapok (Aerolite) into the body of bears very early, to make them more cuddly. These bears had vertically stitched triangular noses with a top final horizontal stitch stitches. Good quality mohair was used. They had large flat ears on the sides of their head and amber and glass eyes stitched on wire shanks. Pads were now velveteen, large and oval. There were four claws
