EC Powell Fly Rod 9' 3/2 #6 8'2" The rod weighs 3 7/8An EC Powell semi hollow built fly rod, 9', 3 Piece, 2 tip, built for what feels to me like a #6 line. Weighs 4. 6 ounces on my scale. Patent date lettered on the butt shaft. 2 opposed node construction with honey colored cane. Good varnish overall. Standard brown Powell wraps with intermediates and the cream and black tipping on the lowermost wraps at the grip. The wraps are in good condition overall with mild cracking on a few of the ferrule wraps
