Fraser Gallop Parterre Cabernet Unit:Single It's bright and friskyProducer Nigel Gallop established the vineyard in 1999, planted the vines, and made the first vintage in 2002. Initially, the wines were made off site, but by 2008, Clive Otto (formally Vasse Felix) came on board as Head Winemaker. They then built their winery and began producing on site. They now farm 20ha of vine, consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, among others. Clive Otto continues as Head Winemaker and
