Attribution to the exact age and designer of this lamp is difficult to pin down due to the lack of information. CONDITIONThis lamp is in excellent working condition. Multi function switch turns on two lights, then turns on three lights, then turn on all lights, turning again turns all lights off. Chrome is in very good condition with some wear noted on a couple of the deflectors.
