Chateau de Bonnezeaux, Frimas 2020 Carmel Valley a richness on the mid-palateThe 'Frimas' is 100% Chenin Blanc in a wonderful concentrated style which maximises the fruit potential of this amazing grape while still remaining fresh and exciting. The nose has a rich dollop of lime zest, and green apple skin. The mouth fill is rich and creamy concentrated with hints of honey and apricot. The finish really stands out, long and limey, persistent and full of zesty zip and ping.
