A plywood frame and foam filling hold that shape under weight, wrapped in the fabric or leather chosen from the product's upholstery options. Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl designed the pouf in 2021 and named it for Lige, Belgium, a region historically tied to cork production.
