Ricca Terra Skin Contact White Field Blend 2021 Rock Ferry The Tomatin 12 Year OldKnown Unknown's first wine was called Orange Emoji and this is kind of an evolution of that wine. It is from the Esk Valley, just north of Napier and is a blend of three components: It is about 50% whole bunch co ferment of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay blended with pressings from the Chardonnay and Pinot Gris which we're pressed off part way through fermentation on the eve of the level 4 lockdown. It is waxy, aromatic with grippy tannins balanced by
