NOSE OLFACTORY First nose: nutmeg and caramelised apples. Over time: incredible ramping up into aromas of saffron and apricot compote. PALATE GUSTATORY Smooth, almost sugary attack. Becomes round and chewy in the mouth. Lasting floral note of wild carnations. 40. 0% ABV 700mL
